TG continues its highly popular TG Teleconference series in 2004 with a presentation on the Higher Education Relief Opportunities for Students (HEROES) Act of 2003.

The HEROES Act provides Title IV administrative relief for certain individuals who are affected by a military mobilization or national emergency. Among these individuals are students and borrowers affiliated with our institutions whose educational or loan repayment circumstances are being interrupted or impacted due to one of these life changes.

The teleconference will include highlights of the HEROES Act as well as practical guidance related to schools' and lenders' implementation of federal regulations revised in accordance with the HEROES Act.

The event is free of charge and open to participants from any institution.
