Who is TG?

TG is a public, nonprofit corporation operating under the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act and the provisions of Chapter 57 of the Texas Education Code.

Tax Information

TG is a public, nonprofit corporation [501(c)(3)] and provides signed sales and use tax exemption certificates as required and when applicable. (Reference Texas Education Code Chapter 57 Section 57.75)

TG is not subject to the State of Texas procurement laws and is not a state agency.
