Roles and Responsibilities of Council Members

• Actively participate in quarterly meetings
• Share your perspective with other members
• Volunteer to serve or chair a committee
• Ensure that the Council's established objectives are met
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and issues in higher education finance

Roles and Responsibilities of Co-chairs

• Prepare and lead quarterly meetings
• Ensure that all Council members play an active role in Council discussions
• Stay abreast of committee projects to ensure members are working towards the Council's goals and objectives

Roles of Committee Chairs

• Coordinate and lead meetings for members
• Encourage committee members to take an active role in meetings and projects
• Prepare and deliver reports and updates to the Council on the progress of the committees' projects

Role of Committee Members Who Are Not on the Council

• Actively participate in committee meetings
• Take on assignments to help meet the committees' objectives
• Share your perspective with committee members
